Team Manager – Milan

About the role

Burberry is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead its Milan store team. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store management to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse store performance, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Lead, coach and motivate a customer‑facing team, setting clear performance goals.
• Act as a Burberry Ambassador, showcasing deep product knowledge across all categories.
• Develop long‑term relationships with top clients and manage CRM initiatives.
• Monitor and report on client data to create targeted outreach.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both team members and clients.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Passion for the Burberry brand and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
