Technical Trainer (m/w/d)

About the role

Alpitronic is looking for a Technical Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for its fast‑charging stations. The role supports both internal technicians and external customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to install, operate and maintain the latest e‑mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions on Alpitronic’s fast‑charging stations for technicians and customers.
• Optimize and expand existing training modules to keep content up‑to‑date.
• Design and develop new training programmes that reflect product innovations and emerging e‑mobility technologies.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a service technician or in a comparable technical role.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver training events.
• Strong interest in e‑mobility and sustainable transport.
• Self‑initiative, creativity and a structured way of working.
• Fluent English and either German or Italian.

Required skills

• Service‑technician experience with electrical or charging equipment.
• Hands‑on expertise in delivering technical training.
• Knowledge of e‑mobility charging systems and fast‑charging technology.
