Technical Training Manager

About the role

The Global Technical Training Manager will shape and deliver the worldwide technical training strategy for IVECOIVECO's dealer and service network. This role ensures the organization is prepared for new product launches and emerging technologies across internal combustion, battery‑electric, and hybrid platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global technical training roadmap.
• Lead the development and deployment of training programmes for ICE, BEV and hybrid vehicles.
• Manage Train‑the‑Trainer activities and certification pathways.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, self‑paced).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Development and regional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, identify skill gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee training budget, suppliers and technical assets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical).
• Experience in after‑sales or technical training environments.
• Strong skills in learning design and project management.
• Fluency in English.
