Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telemarketing Specialist to support demand generation and lead qualification. The role focuses on building relationships through phone outreach, managing campaign follow‑ups, and contributing directly to pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualification calls to evaluate customer needs and business potential.
• Manage contact lists derived from inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns.
• Perform follow‑up and recall activities linked to marketing and sales initiatives.
• Promote events, webinars, workshops, and company programs to prospects.
• Organise invitation campaigns and confirm attendance for corporate events.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the HubSpot CRM.
• Gather and log customer feedback and market insights.
• Support customer engagement and retention through proactive communication.
• Monitor telemarketing performance and produce regular outcome reports.
• Ensure a professional, positive experience for every interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and within a team.
• Good analytical, reporting, and data‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
