Territory Manager Northern Italy

About the role

Trek Bicycle is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead and grow its specialist retailer network across Northern Italy. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailers, driving sales, providing strategic business consulting, and ensuring the brand’s market presence expands sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Support specialist retailers on‑site, offering sales and business consulting to improve performance.
• Analyse market potential and develop concepts to increase Trek’s market share.
• Assist retailers with product presentation, assortment design, and active product sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, focusing on long‑term partnership development.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager South Europe and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Native‑level Italian and good command of English.
• Strong affinity for sports and the cycling industry.
• Highly structured, strategic, and result‑oriented work style.
• Proven negotiation and sales experience, preferably in field sales or business consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including regular overnight stays.

Required skills

• Confident use of digital CRM tools.
