Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator ensures smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Training Center’s learning activities, handling onboarding, logistics, administrative processes and training systems. The role acts as the operational point of contact between the Training Manager, instructors, students and corporate support functions, making sure all conditions for successful course delivery are in place.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and operational organization of training courses together with the site Operations Manager.
• Manage onboarding for instructors, visiting instructors and temporary staff.
• Administer access requests, badges, mandatory training and onboarding checklists.
• Support students and instructors throughout training activities.
• Administer and maintain training systems such as AGU, SharePoint and related tools.
• Monitor training prerequisites, activity completion and learning initiative status.
• Collaborate with corporate functions including Facilities, Security, EHS, IT and Travel Support.
• Assist in organizing Training Center visits, workshops, audits and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, administrative or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration or project support.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage priorities.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international teams.
