Training Development Coordinator

About the role

As a Training Development Coordinator based in Milan, you will join Zegna’s Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development team. You will help improve individual and organisational performance by designing, delivering and evaluating retail training programmes across the brand’s worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments (regional trainers, retail functions, marketing, visual merchandising, HR) and external partners (graphic artists, suppliers) to create consistent training tools and procedures.
• Manage the rollout of global e‑learning programmes, supporting local teams and monitoring effectiveness through defined KPIs and metrics.
• Develop global and local retail training frameworks – modules, guidelines, workshops, e‑books and teaching guides – for seasonal collections, selling ceremonies, capsules and induction.
• Identify learning needs through performance analysis, surveys, market research and interviews with retail managers, and produce personalised reports.
• Deliver workshops and “train‑the‑trainer” sessions.
• Oversee the department’s budget, allocate resources and make investment decisions based on training priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of retail training experience on a worldwide scale.
• University degree.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience designing multiple corporate training events; delivery experience is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self‑reliant, able to coordinate many tasks simultaneously and passionate about learning innovation.

What we offer

• Base salary between €40 000 and €45 000 per year.
