Training Manager – Professional Cosmetics (Italy)

About the role

GdC Beauty Group is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead the national training strategy for its Italian subsidiary. Based in Udine, you will shape learning initiatives that support brand education, product launches, and commercial performance across Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a training strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives in the Italian market.
• Supervise Business Unit Trainers, ensuring consistency, high performance, and alignment with the overall plan.
• Design, develop and roll out the annual training calendar, including programs for product launches, events, and strategic projects.
• Create and adapt training content for face‑to‑face, digital, and blended formats.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations and post‑training follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure training drives product sell‑out and business growth.
• Report on training activities, results and continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in cosmetics, professional aesthetics or related industry is highly valued.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution ability.
• Analytical skills with experience using KPIs to measure training impact.
• High level of English for interaction in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
