Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe maximize the value of our innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, both online and on‑site, while supporting customer adoption and long‑term product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product demos to clients throughout Southern Europe.
• Create, update, and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to align training with regional business priorities.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues to ensure consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services in public, government, or corporate settings.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel from Italy for on‑site training and events.
