Training Specialist – Southern Europe (Remote)

About the role

The Customer Training Specialist for Southern Europe will plan and deliver both online and on‑site training sessions to help clients maximise the value of EBSCO products and services. Working remotely from Italy, the role collaborates closely with Sales and other internal teams to drive solution adoption and improve customer satisfaction across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars and product updates to clients throughout Southern Europe.
• Create and maintain training assets such as videos, tutorials and user guides to support client autonomy.
• Collect market feedback, monitor customer needs and report insights to management.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Support to align training with business objectives.
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate training activities with colleagues across Europe.
• Contribute to professional development initiatives as defined in company training plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering training on electronic products or services to public, government or corporate customers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Technical proficiency, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Customer‑focused, goal‑oriented and able to handle feedback constructively.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
• Based in Italy.
