About the role
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Controller to join its global logistics team. The role focuses on controlling, data analysis, and performance improvement of transport operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting for transport activities.
- Monitor transport profitability across routes, customers, and service areas.
- Drive improvement actions for low‑margin customers.
- Analyze network efficiency, idle capacity, and start‑up performance.
- Partner with Operations and Business Units to support decision‑making.
- Deliver insights and reporting to enhance overall transport performance.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
