UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the visual and interactive experience of our digital products. The role focuses on translating brand requirements into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that drive user engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to devise innovative visual and experiential solutions.
• Participate in all stages of visual design, from concept through release of new site versions.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces while preserving brand integrity and enhancing online experience.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and concept maps to communicate design ideas.
• Present project milestones to team members and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, analyse feedback and incorporate findings into design iterations.
• Define and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Champion the adoption of digital technologies and sustainable development practices within the design function.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Experience guiding a design project from initial concept to final implementation.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and user‑centred design principles.
• Analytical mindset with experience in user research and feedback evaluation.
• Commitment to continuous learning, digital innovation and sustainability.
