Video Producer (Creative Producer)

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Producer (Video Producer) to lead end‑to‑end video production that strengthens brand storytelling, educates users and drives engagement across digital platforms. Based in Lisbon, you will work onsite with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to develop video concepts, write scripts and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee all production phases, including hiring crews, directing talent, managing sets, locations and equipment.
• Guide post‑production processes such as editing, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics to deliver polished content.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web and in‑app platforms while maintaining consistent quality.
• Ensure projects stay within budget, meet deadlines and adhere to brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in video production, from concept to final edit.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
