Visual Merchandising Excellence Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Excellence Senior Project Manager will lead the evolution of Nespresso’s visual merchandising across the global boutique network. You will define standards, build capability programs and oversee retail communication and visual identity initiatives to ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and continuously improve the global Visual Merchandising strategy and roadmap, delivering key initiatives on schedule.
• Govern and update the Visual Merchandising Guidebook, ensuring relevance across all retail concepts worldwide.
• Develop and implement the gifting visual merchandising strategy, creating intuitive displays that drive discovery and purchase.
• Lead the Visual Merchandising Academy, designing training programs, tools and learning materials for the global VM community.
• Manage the Visual Merchandising Assessment Program, collaborating with external partners and translating insights into action plans.
• Partner with Retail Design, Accessories, Brand and Innovation teams to align VM with fixture optimization and future concept development.

Required profile

• Expert-level project management, visual merchandising and marketing communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing business cases.
• Proven change‑management experience and ability to work independently while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent aesthetic sensitivity, creativity and customer‑centric mindset.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
