Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator

About the role

Oterra is seeking a Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator to lead its Canossa warehouse in Ciano d'Enza and the logistic office in Parma. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining full compliance with company policies, local regulations and customs requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Canossa warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Oterra policies, local regulations and customs procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight and Quality departments to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.
• Align physical inventory with the ERP system and oversee the annual stock count.
• Monitor shipment schedules, KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Participate actively in the HACCP team and drive logistics improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and assess personnel.
• Good understanding of safety, quality standards and customs regulations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
