Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer

About the role

Arrow is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases, lead discovery workshops, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize AI, automation and collaboration use cases that address real business needs.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reusable reference solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials and automation patterns.
• Drive technology adoption through training, coaching, communications and change initiatives.
• Provide hands‑on engineering, administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management and service optimization for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
• Recommend and apply governance guardrails, usage guidelines and lifecycle practices to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable adoption.
• Develop and support automation solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell and Microsoft 365 integration capabilities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.
• Strong hands‑on expertise administering Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, as well as Power Platform and PowerShell.
• 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI, including prompt development and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of security, compliance, responsible AI principles and platform governance.
• Proven consulting, workshop facilitation and technology adoption skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to lead workshops and produce professional documentation.
