Young Learners Senior Teacher

About the role

International House Milan & San Donato is looking for an experienced Young Learners Senior Teacher to join its Academic Management team. The role blends high‑quality classroom teaching with academic leadership, supporting the growth and quality of the Young Learners department across multiple centres.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners in Milan and San Donato centres.
• Mentor and support fellow teachers, contributing to their professional development.
• Collaborate with the Director of Studies and Academic Management to uphold academic standards.
• Participate in departmental planning and curriculum improvement initiatives.
• Assist with occasional Saturday events and off‑site teaching sessions as required.

Required profile

• Significant experience teaching young learners.
• CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Excellent command of English (CEFR C2 or equivalent).
• Strong interest in mentoring colleagues and maintaining academic quality.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
