About the role
Stellantis is seeking a Zone Sales Manager (also referred to as Distrigo Zone Manager) to lead commercial performance for the Distrigo Hub within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving volume, mix, market share and profitability targets by coordinating sell‑in and sell‑out activities.
Key responsibilities
- Organise regular meetings with Distrigo Hub managers to align strategies.
- Monitor monthly business scenarios, including customer demand and competitor actions.
- Analyse Hub KPIs such as sell‑out by channel, stock levels and profitability.
- Implement the Annual General Commercial Policy and support Hub in planning and executing sell‑out actions.
- Ensure consistency between sell‑in and sell‑out plans, managing aged stock.
- Negotiate product mix, commercial policy and sell‑in/out actions with the Hub.
- Drive sell‑out across authorized & independent repair channels and B2B.
- Monitor quality KPIs and support Field Force and Call Center activities.
- Collaborate on operational marketing actions and identify organisational, process and training needs.
Required profile
- Strong orientation towards sales and business analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- High energy, determination and ability to manage stress.
- Proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
