About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing team in Milan. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling high‑potential merchants, helping them grow through TikTok’s unique social commerce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Source, onboard and build long‑term partnerships with high‑potential Italian merchants.
- Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
- Own revenue and GMV targets, using data, experimentation and iteration to drive performance.
- Create scalable playbooks, dashboards and workflows to improve partner productivity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams.
- Analyse market trends and category performance to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Lead internal projects such as category launches, merchant campaigns and B2B initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of meeting targets.
- Analytical and data‑driven, capable of turning insights into action.
- Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
- Fluent in Italian and English, able to work in a global, cross‑cultural team.
