Advisory Accounting Audit Tax Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Advisory Accounting Audit Tax Payroll Specialist to join our growing professional services team. The role involves supporting middle‑market clients across a range of accounting and audit engagements, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business, industry, accounting systems, and internal control structures.
• Assess risks and evaluate internal controls in line with GAAP and GAAS.
• Perform substantive testing and tests of controls to identify and resolve reporting issues.
• Prepare financial statements using prescribed formats.
• Develop familiarity with our audit automation approach and ERP tools.

Required profile

• Completion of at least 90 credit hours toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of an ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA examination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP tools for audit and financial reporting.
