Automotive Coach & Consultant

About the role

MSX is seeking a proactive Automotive Coach & Consultant to support and coach the use of a new tool across its sales and service network. The role combines operational support, advisory services and training to improve Customer Experience performance for automotive dealers nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare standard and ad‑hoc reports and analyses on Customer Experience (CE) metrics.
• Draft and manage official communications to the sales and service network.
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE‑related topics.
• Support the CE department in designing incentive schemes.
• Design, manage and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE topics.
• Provide hands‑on assistance for the implementation of new projects and tools.
• Develop and deliver training modules for internal staff and the Sales & Service network.
• Conduct classroom‑based behavioral training on soft‑skills and perform potential and gap analyses.

Required profile

• University degree with a good command of English and Italian.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or related roles within the automotive sector.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive sales and service processes and Customer Journey principles.
• Ability to travel across the national territory.

Required skills

• Dealer Management Systems (DMS) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with visual analytics tools and database querying.
