About the role
Trivial Chapter is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its international manpower operations in Italy. You will leverage an existing network of employers to generate and close bulk manpower contracts, supporting work‑permit and visa processes across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through an established employer network in Italy.
- Engage directly with employers to define manpower needs, volumes, skill sets and timelines.
- Secure work permits and hiring approvals for sectors such as hospitality, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and warehousing.
- Coordinate embassy visa appointments in line with employer‑issued permits.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for manpower solutions and close bulk contracts.
- Support large‑scale recruitment events and maintain strategic employer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful deployment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within staffing, manpower or international recruitment.
- Established, verifiable employer connections in Italy or Europe.
- Hands‑on experience with work‑permit and embassy visa appointment processes.
- Strong track record of selling high‑volume manpower solutions.
- Self‑driven, commercially focused and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to deliver results within a performance‑driven, commission‑based structure.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of work‑permit regulations and visa appointment coordination.
