Commercial Back Office Specialist

About the role

Kubota Italy is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to join its Sales Support team. The role serves as the operational hub for the commercial network, assisting sales inspectors, dealers, and management with daily administrative and commercial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales inspectors by managing delivery requests, checking product availability, handling order modifications, and monitoring order progress.
• Assist dealers with product availability queries, pricing support, order exchanges, address changes, and transport damage reports.
• Enter and manage orders, verify prices and discounts, maintain Excel files, and coordinate machine orders for technical training.
• Perform monthly verification of rebates and service fees, update price lists, archive warranty documents, and validate invoices via ESKER.
• Update sales figures in DRIVE, conduct data analysis, and prepare sales statistics for management.
• Handle the main phone line, welcome visitors, support event organization, communicate with the dealer network, and perform small translations.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial or administrative back‑office functions.
• Excellent organizational abilities and priority management.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ESKER invoice validation system.
