Commercial Back Office Specialist

About the role

Kubota Italy is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to join its Sales Support team. The role serves as an operational hub for the commercial network, assisting sales inspectors, dealers, and management with daily administrative and commercial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales inspectors by handling delivery requests, checking machine and engine availability, and processing order modifications.
• Assist dealers with product availability, pricing, order exchanges, delivery address changes, and transport damage reports.
• Enter and manage orders, verify prices and discounts, and maintain Excel tracking files.
• Oversee inventory, update price lists, archive warranty documents, and validate invoices using ESKER.
• Prepare sales statistics, perform data analysis, and support management reporting.
• Manage the main phone line, welcome visitors, coordinate events, and handle communications to the dealer network.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience in a commercial or administrative back‑office environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork, accuracy, and service orientation.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with ESKER invoice validation system
