About the role

Join Simon-Kucher’s entrepreneurial consulting team in Milan, supporting world‑leading clients across pharma, biotech, healthcare technology, diagnostics, health IT and consumer health. You will help these organisations unlock growth opportunities and drive measurable revenue and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients in the pharma, biotech, healthcare technology, diagnostics, health IT and consumer health sectors.
• Contribute to growth‑focused projects, including commercial strategy, pricing, innovation and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Above‑average university degree, preferably in business, science or medical fields.
• Prior consulting experience in the Life Science and Healthcare industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• High motivation, dynamic attitude and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and spirit.

Required skills

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
