Corporate EHS Manager – Italy & Morocco

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support Amazon’s corporate offices in Italy and Morocco. Reporting to the EHS Manager for Western Europe, you will design, implement and maintain EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across the sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce global, regional and local EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional and Amazon EHS regulations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce risk and enhance workplace safety.
• Provide training and guidance to business leaders on Amazon EHS standards.
• Engage with stakeholders, conduct site visits and identify hazards or non‑compliance.
• Analyse weekly and monthly EHS metrics to identify trends and allocate resources.
• Support and mentor other EHS team members and contribute to regional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate EHS management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional EHS regulations for Italy and Morocco.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a passion for safety and sustainability.
