Country Manager – Italy

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager for Italy to lead and grow our Employee Benefits business in the country. You will own the relationship with our local Network Partner(s), act as the key interface between the Italian market and global GEB teams, and drive retention and business development across multinational and local opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and strengthen the partnership with the Italian Network Partner(s), ensuring alignment with GEB strategy and effective day‑to‑day execution.
• Act as the market and partner expert for Italy, advising internal stakeholders (sales, underwriting, finance, legal) and facilitating decision‑making and escalations.
• Drive retention and growth: support renewals, identify opportunities, and coordinate business development initiatives.
