About the role
2N is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its Italian subsidiary. Based in Lombardy, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the security and access‑control market, driving growth, and shaping the commercial strategy for Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the existing Italian team.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market.
- Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across security and electrical distribution channels.
- Develop the residential segment, covering both new‑construction and retrofit projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and system integrators.
- Ensure alignment with global headquarters and international teams.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and oversee subsidiary operational performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the security industry, preferably with video intercom or access‑control systems.
- Strong background in developing residential markets (new construction and retrofit).
- Solid understanding of electrical distribution channels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience in international or multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and native‑level Italian.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- High‑school or university degree.
