Creative Designer – Digital Ads & Video

About the role

Algofy is seeking a versatile Creative Designer who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will craft high‑performing ad concepts, design eye‑catching assets, and bring user‑generated content to life through video, supporting both paid media and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to ideate and produce Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma for web, email, and social platforms.
• Develop strategic ad concepts, including messaging, audience insights, and visual direction.
• Research trends and competitors to inform creative decisions.
• Edit UGC and short‑form videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows and add innovative visual effects.
• Produce basic motion graphics and social‑ready video formats.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while aligning with campaign goals and brand tone.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video work across platforms.
• High‑level English proficiency (C2 or near‑native).
• Understanding of performance‑marketing principles and how creative impacts results.
