Destination Manager

About the role

WeRoad is looking for a commercially‑minded Destination Manager to join the Supply team as it expands internationally, especially into the US market. You will own the performance of a portfolio of travel destinations and itineraries, shaping products that inspire our community of millennial travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial and operational results for a set of destinations and itineraries.
• Develop and refine itineraries for international travellers, with a growing focus on US customers.
• Negotiate directly with DMCs, suppliers and travel producers to improve margins, quality and the overall customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.
• Analyse product performance, identify pricing, demand or quality issues and act quickly.
• Resolve operational and customer incidents, including live support during emergencies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Care and Finance to scale high‑performing travel products.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in travel product, contracting, buying or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent English (business level) and native‑level Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working with US source markets and destinations is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage external suppliers or partners.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of improving performance, margin or customer experience.
• Comfortable making fast decisions in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
