Event & Employee Experience Designer

About the role

Reply is looking for an Event & Employee Experience Designer to create and manage internal events that boost employee engagement and showcase innovative technologies. You will work from the Milan office, collaborating with an international team to design high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and communicate employee‑focused events such as webinars, fun activities and large‑scale tech fairs.
• Manage the co‑working space (SOLAR) within Reply offices and design new interactive ways to connect with employees.
• Produce high‑quality visual and video content using AI‑powered image and video generation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, travel when needed, and contribute to strategic thinking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication or a related tech field.
• Strong design sensibility with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Fast learner, curious, creative and able to handle information overload.
