About the role
This position supports the Chief Executive Officer in a multinational environment, providing high‑level administrative and strategic assistance. It offers exposure to governance, communications, HR, and finance functions, making it an ideal stepping‑stone for ambitious professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, priorities and key deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, follow‑ups and projects linked to strategic priorities.
- Support governance activities, including board and shareholder meetings, minute taking and documentation compliance.
- Assist with external communications, intranet content and social media channels.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and liaise with external stakeholders such as industry associations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Compliance and HR on orders, invoicing, onboarding and training administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; legal background is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or professional services firm.
- Exposure to HR processes, governance or compliance is advantageous.
- Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus.
- Strong organisational abilities, high discretion and proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
