FP&A & Reporting Director

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Finance, the FP&A & Reporting Director is responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly and annual closing and planning processes, ensuring high‑quality financial outputs are delivered on time. The role oversees standardized reporting, performance commentary and key exposure analysis while acting as the custodian of critical financial KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts and strategic planning in partnership with strategy and corporate development teams.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, variance analysis and working‑capital monitoring across countries and functions.
• Support monthly closing by validating results, aligning management reporting with statutory figures and ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor P&L and balance‑sheet performance, conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain and continuously improve management reporting decks, dashboards and board‑level presentation materials.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Data & Systems to report on headcount and people‑cost metrics.
• Support Business Development and M&A activities with due‑diligence financial analysis.
• Develop, manage and coordinate a team of five finance professionals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• More than 15 years of FP&A/Reporting experience in a structured international environment.
• At least 5 years in a director role with people‑management responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer‑health sectors is a strong advantage.
