Front Office Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the opening team of a new luxury hotel at the foot of Mont Blanc in Courmayeur. As a Front Office Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome that reflects the high standards of a five‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously, manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
• Handle reservations, room assignments and special guest requests.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Process payments, billing and maintain accurate front‑desk records.
• Uphold company policies, service standards and maintain a tidy front‑desk area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English mandatory; Italian and/or French are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel management systems.
