About the role

Join a leading luxury fashion brand as a Sales Assistant in Milan. You will work full‑time (40 hours) in a dynamic, rock‑n‑roll inspired environment, delivering premium service to an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist demanding customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets using key commercial indicators and manage cash‑desk transactions.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise, maintaining impeccable store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and handle returns or repairs.
• Review sales figures and confidential documents, contributing to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
