Graduates Program Project Coordinator – Europe

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Graduates Program Project Coordinator to support the European Graduates Program. You will manage the full lifecycle of the program, from attraction and selection to onboarding, rotations, learning initiatives, and cross‑border mobility, ensuring a seamless experience for high‑potential early‑career talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support employer branding, attraction campaigns and university job fairs.
• Assist recruitment activities: interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, assessment logistics and candidate communication.
• Organise onboarding journeys, including welcome sessions, information packs and first‑month touchpoints.
• Coordinate rotation cycles: gather role proposals, align timings, communicate next steps to graduates and managers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date overviews of rotation plans, assignments and country transitions.
• Plan and deliver learning and development events such as workshops, leadership talks and team‑building activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Mobility teams to manage international transitions and documentation.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs (retention, mobility, progression) and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of program documentation and drive continuous process harmonisation across countries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition or Project Coordination.
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent English (C1) and French (B2+/C1).
• Collaborative, reliable, detail‑oriented and passionate about supporting high‑potential talent.
