About the role
The organisation is seeking a commercially‑focused Head of Reward to lead reward strategy across its international portfolio, primarily in Europe and APAC. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, you will partner with senior business leaders to align compensation frameworks with growth objectives driven by acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cyclical reward activities across multiple international markets.
- Design and evolve variable pay and incentive frameworks.
- Support M&A processes from a reward perspective, including due diligence and post‑acquisition alignment.
- Advise on senior hire offers and bespoke incentive arrangements.
- Drive reward transformation and harmonisation across jurisdictions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business, HR and Finance stakeholders worldwide.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading reward functions in acquisitive, high‑growth or private‑equity‑backed organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management capability.
- Deep exposure to complex international reward environments, especially in Europe.
- Experience supporting incentive‑heavy or sales‑led populations.
- Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
