Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

OPPO is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to drive pan‑European go‑to‑market initiatives for new product launches and brand activations. The role will work closely with the Europe Region, the Italian team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, KPI‑focused campaigns that reinforce OPPO’s premium brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of 360° launch campaigns and marketing activations across Europe.
• Align strategy with internal stakeholders and the Italian market team.
• Conduct consumer mapping and target audience analysis to shape go‑to‑market plans.
• Write agency briefs, manage pitch processes, and monitor project progress.
• Represent OPPO’s brand values to external partners and agencies.
• Optimize marketing resources to maximize brand visibility.
• Monitor media, blogs, forums for trends and competitor activity.
• Track KPIs and use data‑driven insights to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative, media or marketing agency, or equivalent client‑side role.
• Proven ability to execute both online and offline campaigns, with a strong digital focus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in diverse, multinational environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of PR integration within the marketing mix.
