IT Governance Specialist

About the role

The Prada Group is seeking an IT Governance Specialist to support its Group IT Governance function. Based at headquarters, the role will help manage IT‑for‑IT processes, coordinate project portfolios, and ensure alignment of IT investments with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT budget management, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Design, evolve and drive adoption of the IT Operating and Delivery model, including roles, responsibilities, sizing and tools.
• Manage the IT masterplan and governance across multiple transformation streams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives and value delivery.
• Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks and monitor performance, delivery and quality.
• Develop managerial presentations for the CIO staff and support digitalisation of IT processes.
• Simplify IT4IT operations and interactions with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail, fashion, or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes, services and budgeting tools.
• Experience with SDLC, both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to design operational models for IT functions and drive change management.
