Junior Field Sales Representative – Milan

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Junior Field Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Milan. You will work closely with trade and sales teams to grow retail store sales, manage customer relationships at the store level, and ensure the execution of sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the field sales strategy in stores, achieving volume and net‑sales targets for assigned points of sale.
• Execute in‑store promotional plans, sales activities, and new product launches according to Barilla’s blueprint.
• Maintain optimal shelf allocation and in‑store presence of the Barilla product portfolio.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, understand shopper needs, and present new products.
• Provide market insights to the sales leadership team and suggest improvements to sales processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, determined, and able to work independently to meet targets.
• Valid driving licence with at least 36 months of experience.
• Previous experience in trade and sales is a plus.
