Junior Interior Designer / Architect (Freelance, Full‑time, Florence)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer / Architect to join our growing Florence team. The role involves designing and managing international interior projects from concept through development, working on‑site under the Creation and Development Studio Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project feasibility and client needs in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Develop concept, design and detailed studies based on client briefs, coordinating with project management and internal design teams.
• Oversee the design and development process, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Produce “as‑built” documentation and monitor on‑site works.
• Report progress to the Creation and Development Studio Managers.

Required profile

• Graduate of Architecture or Interior Design.
• 0‑3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong technical background with experience in design development and on‑site work monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, organization and rigor.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or French are a plus.
