Junior IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer

About the role

The IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer will support the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, network and cybersecurity systems. Working from Crealis’ headquarters in Bodio Lomnago, you will collaborate with external service providers and help ensure a secure and reliable environment for a global manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure, network and security solutions.
• Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, SD‑WAN and network segmentation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including user provisioning, license management and service configuration.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Support cloud services on Microsoft Azure.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure or security roles.
• Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi) and endpoint management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with analytical problem‑solving abilities.
