Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

Join the Legal Department of a leading fashion and luxury group as a Junior Legal Counsel. You will support the team in drafting and negotiating a wide range of business contracts with partners, clients and suppliers in both Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contractual documents in Italian and English, including wholesale distribution, supply services, lease, communication and image agreements (influencers, models, photographers), trade‑marketing and IT contracts.
• Assist the Legal Manager in contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to gather information required for agreement preparation.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
