Junior Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support senior Project and Product Managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects. This remote, contract position is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, analytical, and eager to leverage AI tools in everyday tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in creating project documentation and independently lead smaller‑scale initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and keep projects on track.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and knowledge bases.
• Conduct research and data analysis using AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a similar IT role.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong AI prompting skills for rapid prototyping and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Notion).
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+).
