Junior Sales Engineer – Industrial Hydraulics Graduate Program

About the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics you will join Bosch Rexroth's sales team, based in Casalecchio di Reno, and manage direct customers in the Center‑South region. You will start through the Graduate Specialist Program, receiving several months of intensive training at the headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio to build both technical expertise and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for direct customers, focusing on industrial hydraulic technologies.
• Analyse market data and gather customer insights to design and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with the local Application team and headquarters to share best practices and coordinate technical solutions.
• Support sales negotiations and provide assistance throughout pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to develop a career in industrial sales.
• Willingness to work in the Center‑South area of Italy and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
