Junior Sales Engineer – Mobile Construction (Graduate Program)

About the role

As part of Bosch Rexroth’s Graduate Specialist Program, you will join the Sales Construction Machinery team in an international environment. The role combines technical knowledge with sales activities to promote mobile construction solutions and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the full mobile portfolio, including hydraulic components, electronics, software, electric motors, inverters and IoT services.
• Build strong partnerships with the local application team and Bosch Rexroth headquarters in Germany.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from defining technical specifications with customers to on‑site implementation support.
• Monitor market trends and advise customers on forward‑looking solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate interested in a technical sales career.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site with customers.
