Management Consulting Graduate Program – Project, IT Governance & Business Analyst

About the role

HSPI S.p.A, an IT consulting firm within the TXT Group, is looking for recent STEM graduates (Engineering and Economics) to start a career in management consulting. Selected candidates will join the Rome office and work on client projects in areas such as project management, IT governance, business analysis and PMO support.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution and monitoring to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Define and implement IT governance processes, policies and procedures for digital transformation.
• Analyse business objectives and processes, proposing technological and organisational solutions.
• Assist the PMO in governance activities, stakeholder alignment and documentation management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering and Economics (or equivalent STEM background).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Team‑player with goal orientation, precision and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
