Manager – Deal Advisory M&A Tax

About the role

KPMG Italy is seeking a Manager for its Deal Advisory M&A Tax team. You will work on high‑profile M&A transactions, providing tax structuring, due‑diligence, and advisory services to private equity firms and corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tax structures for M&A deals and debt issuances.
• Lead tax due‑diligence assignments and prepare detailed tax models.
• Develop and review MIP structuring and complex domestic and international tax analyses.
• Prepare tax rulings and support corporate restructuring projects.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure delivery of high‑quality client outputs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics (LM‑77/LM‑56) or Law (LMG‑01) with a grade of at least 105/110.
• Qualified or in the process of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and/or Lawyer (Avvocato).
• 6+ years of experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in a Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firm.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical capabilities.
