Managing Director Italy

About the role

The Managing Director Italy will act as the ambassador of the Maison on the Italian market, reporting to the President of Region Europe‑CIS. This senior leader is responsible for driving market development, brand visibility, and client relationships across Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Maison publicly and support brand development throughout Italy.
• Build and maintain a high‑end network of clients, media, cultural institutions, and business communities.
• Define and execute sustainable client development strategies, focusing on high‑value clients.
• Engage in social and cultural circles to reinforce the Maison’s positioning.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships for the Maison and L’Ecole.
• Participate in Europe ExCo, lead annual planning, budgeting, and monitor P&L and boutique performance.
• Ensure compliance with group guidelines and local regulations.
• Lead market initiatives, align operations with strategic objectives, and uphold retail standards.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the high‑jewelry universe, client expectations, and service excellence.
• Proven leadership and commercial expertise with a strategic, 360° mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; recognized as an inspiring manager.
• Excellent networking abilities and experience building strategic partnerships.
