Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives for a technology‑focused partner in Italy. The role operates in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts to launch while ensuring alignment across marketing, product and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects from intake through launch and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables and priorities, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product and Development teams to maintain alignment on objectives.
• Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages and CMS‑related activities.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across digital marketing assets and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Develop processes, templates, documentation and tracking systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Support broader marketing initiatives, campaigns and events as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in fully remote, international team environments.
• Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
